Privacy Policy

1. Purpose of the Extension

CSI Chrome Extension Tools provides productivity tools and guided automations for authorized administrative workflows within supported Coupa environments.

The extension operates within the user's browser and only interacts with supported pages when required to perform functionality requested by the user.

2. Information the Extension May Access

To perform its functionality, the extension may access information displayed on the active supported Coupa page, including:

• The URL of the active page;
• Page content and configuration values;
• Form fields and values required by the selected workflow;
• Configuration information processed by supported automations; and
• Personally identifiable information, such as names or email addresses, when such information is present in Coupa fields involved in a user-requested workflow.

The extension does not access this information for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated purposes.

3. Local Storage

The extension uses Chrome's local extension storage to save information necessary for its functionality, such as:

• User interface preferences, including the selected theme;
• Locally created reusable presets; and
• Temporary configuration data used by supported workflows.

This information remains stored locally in the user's Chrome environment and is not transmitted to Cabral Systems International or third-party analytics services.

4. Data Collection and Transmission

CSI Chrome Extension Tools does not operate a backend service for collecting extension data.

The extension does not sell user data.

The extension does not transfer user data to third parties for advertising, analytics, profiling, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to the extension's functionality.

Coupa page content, form values, and locally stored extension configurations are not transmitted to Cabral Systems International.

5. Analytics and Tracking

The extension does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral tracking technologies.

It does not maintain or collect the user's general browsing history.

6. Authentication

CSI Chrome Extension Tools does not provide or manage Coupa authentication.

Users access Coupa through their organization's existing authorized Coupa environment and authentication mechanisms.

The extension does not collect or store users' Coupa passwords.

7. Remote Code

CSI Chrome Extension Tools does not execute remotely hosted JavaScript or WebAssembly.

Executable extension code is included within the extension package distributed through the Chrome Web Store.

8. User Control

Extension workflows are designed to operate in response to user interaction.

Where applicable, users remain responsible for reviewing information and completing or saving administrative actions within Coupa.

Users can remove locally stored extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension's locally stored data through Chrome.

9. Data Sharing and Sale

Cabral Systems International does not sell user data collected or processed by CSI Chrome Extension Tools.

User data is not transferred or used for purposes unrelated to the extension's stated functionality.

User data is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as CSI Chrome Extension Tools evolves.

Any changes will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
